• Right to Correction & Erasure: Update inaccurate data or request the deletion of your account.
• Right to Grievance Redressal: A dedicated Grievance Officer (based in India) will acknowledge any complaint within 48 hours.

3. Storage and Security

• Localization: We prioritize storing the data of Indian citizens on secure servers within Indian borders, in compliance with sector-specific data localization norms.
• AI Processing: We use AI-driven models (like Gemini) to provide personalized "Smart Luxury" travel recommendations. This processing is performed on anonymized data patterns where possible.

4. No Pre-Checked Consent

We do not use "Dark Patterns." Your consent for marketing or asset participation must be a clear, affirmative action. No pre-checked boxes are used on Decoupen.
